Bio

I am an Existential Humanistic psychotherapist with over thirty five years of experience in the field of depth psychology and human consciousness. With my background in theater arts, working with performing artists, visual artists and creative people has inspired me for close to 40 years.  I work with people who have been diagnosed with cancer, their partners, family members, and caregivers.  I welcome those who are looking to make choices that create depth and meaning in their lives. Each one of us has an individual path, each therapy relationship is unique. My private practice is in Albany and San Francisco with individuals, couples and groups. I am an experienced group facilitator and  taught a graduate course in group process at John F. Kennedy University. I consult with licensed clinicians as well as supervise MFT interns.
I am a certified Experessive Arts Therapist and facilitate groups, classes, and workshops in intuition, creativity and the process of self discovery.

My work is collaborative and interactive. I believe that the relationship we create together is the most important, powerful and healing aspect of psychotherapy.
